For the last 25 years, Gary Kustis, PhD has worked as a business consultant specializing in the use of applied psychology to evaluate individuals for hire or promotion into critical jobs, coaching and developing those who need it, and providing consulting and training on various human resources-related topics.
Not focused on any one industry, Gary has worked on a variety of different projects for organizations that include helping private equity firms to complete due diligence audits of management teams, identifying core competencies, developing and administering employee engagement surveys, designing 360-degree feedback instruments for company-wide development initiatives, and providing unique training experiences on subjects like emotional intelligence, “improv skills” for managers, and improving interviewing skills.
