Rebecca Farr (née Worrall)

Rebecca Farr is a seasoned professional in graduate recruitment with substantial experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as Early Careers Manager and Graduate Recruitment Adviser at Herbert Smith Freehills since January 2019, Rebecca is part of an award-winning team focused on attraction, strategy, and marketing. Prior to this, Rebecca held roles at Stephenson Harwood LLP as a Graduate Recruitment, CSR, and D&I Adviser, where responsibility included recruiting and developing 40 trainees annually. Rebecca began the career journey at Lee Hecht Harrison Penna as a Graduate, Career & Recruitment Consulting participant, gaining comprehensive insight into the employee lifecycle. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior Account Executive at Intermarketing Agency, where important contributions were made to the 2014 Adidas World Cup campaign. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
