Pim Dikboom has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Callagent at Store Support in 2011 and then worked as a Klantenservice Medewerker at Transcom from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they had roles as a Belastingtelefoon Toeslagen at Belastingdienst and as a Data Specialist at Metrotops. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Allround Webshop Medewerker at Mastertools, where they focused on adding and improving products on the webshop and managing inventory. They then transitioned to a role as a Medewerker Handhaving at RDW from 2017 to 2019. In that role, they were responsible for enforcement activities. In 2022, Pim worked as a Project Administrator at Kampstaal staalbouw, where they focused on document control, personnel administration, and certification. Currently, they are working as a Document Controller at GroenLeven starting in 2023.

Pim Dikboom earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen. This degree was completed between the years 2007 and 2012.
