Tom Wirtz

Tom Wirtz has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tom started their career at Gartner in 2012, holding roles such as Recruiting Relationship Manager and Manager, Talent Sourcing - Americas. In these positions, they excelled in building relationships with professionals in various fields and implementing strategies to increase productivity. In 2016, they joined Herc Rentals as a Senior Manager in Recruiting, overseeing the recruitment programs and development of talent managers and acquisition specialists. Later, they transitioned to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition, responsible for strategy and growth in recruitment programs, campus initiatives, and veteran hiring programs. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Internal Talent Mobility at Herc Rentals.

Tom Wirtz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Kennedy Western University between 2004 and 2006. Tom also holds an Associate of Science degree in Marketing from Madison Area Technical College.
