Amber MacPhail

Amber MacPhail has worked as the Vice President of Customs Brokerage at Hercules Forwarding since August 2003. Amber also served as a Board Member at Kid's Cottage Daycare Society from September 2017 to September 2020.

Amber MacPhail completed a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Psychology at Simon Fraser University by the year 2002. In 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Business Management from the same university, specifically in the field of Management and Professional Programs. Additionally, they pursued professional development in the field of customs and trade compliance through the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers. In 2005, they obtained licenses and certifications, including the Canada Border Services Agency Customs Brokers Professional Examination and the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) from the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers. Amber is currently pursuing a Certified Trade Compliance Specialist (CTCS) degree from the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers, with studies starting in 2023.
