Emily Potts

Emily Potts has extensive experience in training and management, currently serving as a Training Specialist at Herdt Consulting, Inc. since August 2020. Previously, Emily worked at Telesto Group LLC as an SAP Training Consultant- Prototype Delivery Leader, where responsibilities included designing and delivering training materials for the US Department of Defense's SAP Transportation Management application. Additionally, Emily held various managerial roles at Sodexo, overseeing food service operations and patient services, and worked as an Instructional Designer and Task Manager at Serco, managing teams and instructing employees. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 2007 and 2010.
