Matthew Spielmann

Director of Customer Success at Heretto

Matthew Spielmann has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working for Heretto as the Director of Customer Success, then later as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Team Leader. From 2012 to 2021, they worked for the University of Rochester, where they held the roles of Interim Executive Director of the MS TEAM Program, Senior Program Manager of the Ain Center for Entrepreneurship, Program Manager of the Ain Center for Entrepreneurship, and Orientation and Student Activities Coordinator. In 2011, they worked for Ray Group International as a Project Coordinator. In 2010, they worked for the Partnership for Public Service as a Public Service Fellow. Finally, in 2009, they worked for the New York State Office of the Attorney General as an Outreach Intern.

Matthew Spielmann attended the University of Rochester from 2005 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Russian Language, and was a Take 5 Scholar in Astronomy and Philosophy. Matthew then attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship.
