Nina Da Silva has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and remuneration. Nina is currently serving as the Head of Performance & Reward at Heritage Bank since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Remuneration and Benefits at Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety from September 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they held the position of Manager Remuneration and Benefits at UnitingCare Queensland from February 2017 to September 2021. Nina also worked as the Human Resources and Remuneration Manager at Wesfarmers Resources from December 2015 to January 2017, and as the Remuneration and HR Services Manager at Hastings Deering from December 2013 to December 2015. Prior to these roles, Nina gained experience as an HR Advisor in various companies such as BHP, Suncorp Group, and Rio Tinto. Nina started their career as a Business Change Analyst at Blue Care from July 2008 to September 2009.

Nina Da Silva has pursued a number of educational qualifications throughout their career. Nina completed a Masters degree in Strategic Management/Human Resources Management from the University of Southern Queensland. In addition, they obtained a Post Grad Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Certificate in Management/Human Resources, both also from the University of Southern Queensland. Nina also acquired a Cert IV in Management from the Australian Institute of Management, as well as a certification in Project Management Fundamentals from the same institute. Furthermore, they completed the Prince2 Foundations certification from Project Minds.
