Debbie Siguaw

Debbie Siguaw has extensive experience in banking and operations management, currently serving as Operations Training Manager at Heritage Bank NW since February 2010 and previously as Training and Development Officer. Prior roles include Retail Banking Administrator and VP, as well as Retail Office Manager and AVP at Horizon Bank from July 2002 to February 2010. Debbie's career also includes positions as Sr. Sales and Service Employee Development Specialist at KeyBank, Customer Service Supervisor at Sterling Savings Bank, and various roles at KeyBank and Bellingham National Bank. Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Western Washington University, completed in 1995, and graduated from Mount Baker High School in 1989.
