Kelli Wilson

Kelli Wilson serves as the EVP Chief Banking Officer at Heritage Bank NW, a position held since February 2013, following roles as SVP, Director of Retail Banking and SVP, District Manager. Prior experience includes a VP, Branch Manager position at Opus Bank and VP, Regional Branch Manager at WaFd Bank. Kelli has also held VP roles at Key Bank and EverTrust Bank, where leadership responsibilities included managing a sales force of over 60 employees and implementing sales culture initiatives across 12 retail branches. Kelli Wilson completed a Certificate in Bank Leadership from the Pacific Coast Banking School (2017-2019) and has attended Shoreline Community College.
