Kimberly Carhee

Kimberly Carhee has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Kimberly started their career at Key Bank in 1987, where they held various roles in commercial loan services and gained experience in team management and process improvement. In 1998, they joined Boston Private Bank & Trust Company as a VP, Loan Services Manager, where they established the loan services department and administered loan documentation software. From 2003 to 2008, they also served as a Director of Loan Services at Banc Support, Inc. while continuing their role at Boston Private Bank.

In 2012, Carhee moved to Regal Financial Bank as a VP, Loan Operations Manager, where they worked closely with the executive management team and managed a team of loan documentation and loan servicing specialists. Kimberly then joined Seattle Bank in 2014 as an SVP, Loan Operations Manager, where they successfully reorganized and restructured the loan operations team to enhance efficiency.

In 2016, Carhee joined Puget Sound Bank as a VP, Loan Operations Manager, and played a significant role in managing the workflow for all loan documentation requests and providing administrative support to the lending team. Kimberly also mentored and coached the loan operations team.

Lastly, Carhee is currently working at Heritage Bank NW as an SVP, Loan Operations Manager, a position they have held since April 2021. Their responsibilities include managing loan operations and ensuring the team's performance, in addition to their expertise in loan documentation and loan servicing.

Kimberly Carhee has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington. In 2011-2012, they earned a Human Resources Management Certificate from Bellevue College. Additionally, they hold a diploma from Holy Names Academy.
