Tori Hoyt

Tori Hoyt has a comprehensive work experience in the field of technology risk management, information security, and compliance. Tori currently holds the position of SVP Director of Technology Risk Management at Heritage Bank NW since September 2022. Prior to this, Tori worked at Umpqua Bank as VP Information Security Risk and Assurance from August 2019 to September 2022, and as a Senior Information Technology Auditor from August 2016 to August 2019.

Before Umpqua Bank, Tori worked at Peak Hosting as a Risk and Compliance Management - IT Auditor from June 2015 to June 2016. Tori'sresponsibilities included implementing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and policies.

Tori also has experience working at Nike as a Sr. IT SOX and Controls Audit Manager from October 2014 to May 2015, and at BPA, US Department of Energy as a Cyber Security and Operational Controls Consultant from June 2014 to August 2014.

Tori spent a significant portion of their career at IBM - SETERUS, INC. - BEAVERTON, where they held various roles. These included Controls Remediation Consultant - Financial Services from January 2014 to June 2014 and Information Security Governance and Controls Manager - Financial Services from August 2012 to January 2014. Previously, they worked at IBM - SETERUS, INC. - BEAVERTON as a Business and IT Controls Management - SOX, COBIT and Application Management Compliance from July 2008 to August 2012, and as a Risk Management Government Affairs - Financial Services from July 2006 to July 2008.

Tori Hoyt obtained a degree in Paralegal from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 1999. The field of study was Law. In addition, Tori has certifications including NIST 800-171 CMMC-Registered Provider from CMMC-AB, with an obtained month of April 2022, and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification. Tori also holds a paralegal certification from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.
