Rachel Ortiz

Rachel Ortiz possesses extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving in an operations role at Heritage Carpet & Tile, Rachel previously held multiple positions at Valley Forge Fabrics, Inc., eventually becoming a Senior Project Associate. Prior to this, Rachel contributed as a Lead Pharmacy Technician and in various customer service roles at Publix Super Markets, excelling in customer interactions and sales. Additional experience includes serving as a co-host and reporter for the South Florida Journal and interning in recruiting for Florida Atlantic University Football. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Multimedia Journalism and a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
