Crystal Douglas

Crystal Douglas has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Crystal is currently working as the Regional Director of Operations at Heritage Communities since October 2022. Previously, they served as the Executive Director at The Heritage at Sterling Ridge from October 2018 to October 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Living Counselor at Heritage Ridge Retirement Community from August 2016 to December 2018. Crystal also has experience as a Senior Living Consultant at Hillcrest Mable Rose from September 2011 to August 2016 and as a Marketing Director at Sava Senior Care from May 2007 to July 2010.

Crystal Douglas obtained an Assisted Living Administrator's License from NALA. Crystal completed the Leadership Sarpy program in 2014 and the Leadership Bellevue program in 2013, both of which awarded their a Leadership Certificate Completion. From 2016 to 2017, Crystal pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration at Bellevue University.
