Makayla Monico

Makayla Monico has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Makayla started their career at West Corporation in 2004 as an Account Manager, where they worked until 2013. After that, they joined Celebrity Staff as an Account Manager, Operations, and Recruiter and worked there for six years. In 2019, Makayla joined Robert Half as a Division Director for Accountemps and worked until 2021. Makayla then moved to Spreetail and worked as a Senior Recruiter from 2021 to 2022, and later became a Senior Buyer until 2022 as well. Currently, Makayla is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Heritage Communities, starting in 2023.

Makayla Monico attended Henry A Burke Highschool from 1993 to 1997 where they obtained a Diploma in General Studies. Makayla then pursued higher education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1997 to 2001, majoring in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
