Andy Marshall

Andy Marshall is a seasoned professional in environmental services and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Special Projects at Crystal Clean since September 2024. Previous experience includes a Senior Vice President role at Petra, Inc. from September 2023 to October 2024, and Vice President of Operations Support for Environmental Services at Republic Services from June 2022 to August 2023, following the acquisition of US Ecology, Inc. where Andy held the position of Executive Vice President for Regulatory Compliance and Safety from 2010 to 2022. Andy's earlier roles encompass leadership positions in environmental affairs and regulatory compliance at Kleinfelder, Boise Cascade, Brown and Caldwell, and Golder Associates, complemented by a robust educational background in civil and environmental engineering, culminating in an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University.
