Michał Stalmach

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and decentralized computing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha provides training and mentorship to technical staff across various innovation projects. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where strategized solutions for self-sovereign finance. Micha has also served as Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and Technical member of the board at Share&Charge. Additional advisory positions include contributions to the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed specialized programs at MIT and PMI in project management.
