Cynthia Constantino

Cynthia Constantino is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the judicial system. Currently serving as Lead Attorney and Trial Attorney at Herman Law since November 2022, Constantino previously held the position of Principal Court Attorney at the New York State Unified Court System from April 2008 to November 2022, where responsibilities included providing counsel to Administrative Judges Honorable Thomas VanStrydonck and Honorable Craig Doran, as well as serving as a Court Attorney Referee and Law Clerk to Rochester City Court Judges Honorable Melchor Castro, Honorable Jack Elliott, and Honorable Michael Lopez. Prior to that, Constantino was a Partner at Trevett Cristo from September 1989 to April 2008. Academically, Constantino earned a JD from Notre Dame Law School (1986-1989) and a BS in Political Science from Colgate University (1982-1986), alongside contributions to legal education through the establishment of the Court to College program in partnership with Monroe Community College.
