Roland Ende has extensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Roland currently serves as the Head of B2C Marketing at Hermann Hartje KG since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of eCommerce Marketing at the same company from January 2020 to September 2021. Before joining Hermann Hartje KG, Roland worked at Bike-components for over a decade. At Bike-components, they held various roles including Head of Marketing Department from October 2008 to October 2018 and Marketing Manager from March 2007 to September 2008. Additionally, they served as the Head of Logistics Department from July 2009 to June 2015, where they successfully led a warehouse management system project and supervised the logistics workflow. Roland has a strong background in strategic marketing, multi-channel campaigns, digital marketing, content creation, and development of marketing strategies.

Roland Ende attended RWTH Aachen University from 2001 to 2008, where they obtained a Diplom Kaufmann degree. Roland'sfield of study focused on Marketing and Unternehmensstrategien im Wettbewerb (Mikroökonomie). In 2006, they briefly studied at the National University of Singapore in the field of Business & Administration, but did not obtain a degree from there.
