Nick Kasik

As Oregon Director of Operations, Nick is responsible for operational processes, efficiencies, productivity, workflow, labor management, and long-term strategic planning for Hermanson's Oregon market. Nick has over 30 years of experience providing construction business an doperational leadership, and he has a strong track record of delivering successful projects, assuring quality performance, and leading teams.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska Omaha (Mechanical Engineering), Nick's work experience has taken him across the U.S., spanning renovation and new construction of healthcare, hospitality, government, Department of Defense, power generation, and manufacturing buildings. He is passionate about the labor trades and hosts his own TV show, Working Class, which celebrates the technological advancements and skills required to work in the trades.
