Grant Ballard

Grant Ballard currently serves as the Director, HR Business Partner for Hermès, where responsibilities include supporting a retail client group of over 450 employees, coaching on performance management, and driving collaborative partnerships across various departments. Prior to this role, Grant held positions as Senior HR Business Partner and Director of Training and Education at ICP, where initiatives focused on coaching programs and organizational alignment. Grant also served as Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Hudson's Bay Company, managing HR functions for multiple retail banners, and held various roles at Saks Fifth Avenue, primarily in learning and development, digital category management, and buying. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama, Grant brings extensive experience in human resources, training, and business management.
