Johan Lilja

Johan Lilja has a diverse work experience in the medical and healthcare industry. Johan started their career at Wingenius as a Software Engineer in 2002 and worked there until 2004. Johan then joined GE Healthcare in 2005, where they held various roles such as Software Engineer, Lead System Engineer, and finally as a Senior Imaging Scientist from 2010 to 2015. After leaving GE Healthcare, Johan joined Hermes Medical Solutions in 2015 as the Head of Neurology Software until 2017. Johan then took on the role of Vice President of Research and Development, where they are currently employed.

Johan Lilja obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2002. Johan then pursued further education at Karolinska Institutet from 2003 to 2005 as a Scholarship holder in the field of Medical Imaging. Johan completed their PhD in Medical Imaging at Uppsala University from 2012 to 2017.
