Jörn von der Fecht

Jörn von der Fecht has a diverse work experience in the logistics industry. Jörn began their career at DB Schenker in 2008, where they worked in IT for five years before transitioning to the role of Customer Integration & Solution Manager. In this role, they were responsible for understanding interface requirements, customizing solutions, developing standard solutions for customers, and providing technical support.

In 2017, Jörn joined Hermes Europe as an IT Carrier- & Projectmanager, overseeing carrier and project management. Later that year, they took on a new role at Hermes Germany GmbH as the Teamlead Global Carrier & Client Solutions. Jörn recently became the Head of Digital Transformation & Technology at Hermes Germany GmbH.

Jörn von der Fecht completed their education from 2008 to 2011 at Schenker Deutschland AG, where they obtained a degree in Informatikkaufmann. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications in various Google Cloud courses from Coursera, including Digital Transformation with Google Cloud, Infrastructure and Application Modernization with Google Cloud, Innovating with Data and Google Cloud, and Understanding Google Cloud Security and Operations, all in the year 2023.
