Matthew Fisher

Structures Engineer at Hermeus

Matthew Fisher began their work experience in 2018 as a Teacher at American Leadership Academy. In 2019 they took on roles as an Optimization Engineer at Neptune Plastics, a High Power Structures Team Member at BYU Rocketry, and a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University. In 2020 they were a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems. In 2021 they were a Manufacturing and R&D Engineering Intern at MagLOCK Bike Pedals and a Structural Engineering Intern at Firefly Aerospace. Matthew is currently employed as a Structures Engineer at Hermeus.

Matthew Fisher attended Brigham Young University from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Matthew also has two certifications from the Tripoli Rocketry Association, High Power Level 1 and High Power Level 2.
