Allison Beltran has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Legal Assistant Intern at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Allison then interned at The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health in 2014 as an Intern for the Avance Center for Immigrant & Refugee Health. In 2016, they became a Bilingual Support Specialist for RCM of Washington, Inc. In 2017, they moved to RAINN as a Bilingual Support Specialist & Shift Lead. In 2019, they worked as a Daytime Program Coordinator for Doorways for Women and Families. In 2020, they became a Partner Support Specialist for ClearView. Finally, in 2022, they became a Customer Success Specialist at Hermis, Inc.

Allison Beltran attended The George Washington University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
