Simon Hemming

Simon Hemming has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Simon began their career at Parsons as a Business/Finance Manager for the Middle East and South East Asia regions. From there, they joined MasterCard as Vice President of Business Planning & Finance for South Asia, Middle East & Africa and relocated the regional finance function. Hemming then worked at Manulife as Assistant Vice President of Finance & Procurement for Japan, where they conducted a post-acquisition costing study. Next, they joined DAL Group as Acting Chief Financial Officer, overseeing operations in the automotive, engineering, construction, and food and beverage sectors. Following that, they worked at Worley in various roles, including Regional CFO for North America West (USA and Canada), Regional CFO for Latin America, and Regional JV CFO for West Africa. Hemming then served as Chief Financial Officer at Louis Berger International and China Construction America, before becoming the Global Chief Financial Officer at Electrosonic. Their most recent roles include Senior Vice President at Real Capital Partners and Chief Financial Officer at Hernandez Construction & Development. Throughout their work experience, Hemming has demonstrated their expertise in finance, strategic planning, and management.

Simon Hemming holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of the Witwatersrand, which they completed in 1989. Simon also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika in 1995. In addition, they are a Chartered Accountant and received this certification from SAICA CA(SA) in 1991.
