Shana Cohen

Shana Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and sectors. Shana is currently working as the Director of Creative Operations at Hero Cosmetics since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Meta as the Lead Project Manager from April 2021 to February 2023. At Meta, they were responsible for developing operational processes, managing a team of contract project managers, overseeing a marketing initiative across multiple markets, and developing measurement frameworks and reporting tools.

Before joining Meta, Shana worked as a Consultant from May 2019 to November 2022. Shana also served as a Senior Project Manager at Aquent @ Facebook from November 2019 to April 2021. Shana has experience in managing daily creative requests and special project timelines in their role as a Senior Project Manager and Creative Traffic Manager at Barnes & Noble, Inc. from June 2014 to June 2016.

Shana has also obtained the Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate certification from Facebook in August 2021.
