Brian Lynn

Brian Lynn is an experienced user experience leader with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as VP of User Experience at Hero Digital since October 2021. Previously, Brian held the position of North America Customer Unit Lead in Experience Design at Capgemini, where responsibilities included managing UX teams and guiding design systems for major client engagements. Earlier roles include Director positions at Fahrenheit 212 and Capgemini Invent, focusing on digital transformation and customer experience strategy. Brian's experience also encompasses leadership at LiquidHub and THINK Interactive, where expertise in digital projects and multi-channel experiences was essential. As the founding principal of Echo Visualization, a user experience consultancy, Brian established a strong foundation in interaction design and industrial design, supported by a BS in Industrial Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
