Tracy Hennessy

Tracy Hennessy serves as the VP of Delivery Management at Hero Digital, leading project, program, and product management efforts for the Eastern Region and overseeing three strategic portfolios in Healthcare, B2B, and B2C since March 2021. As a co-organizer of Kickass PM, Tracy contributes to a digital community of over 2,500 professionals by facilitating mentorship and growth through monthly events. Previous roles include Head of Delivery and Director of Product & Project Management at Handsome, where Tracy managed high-visibility programs for major clients and ensured effective project delivery. Additionally, experience as a Project Manager at Mutual Mobile involved managing mobile projects for enterprise clients using Agile methodologies, and foundational roles included a program coordinator position at MINDBODY and event management at California Polytechnic State University. Tracy holds a BA with Honors in Communication Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
