Monica Arora has over 15 years of work experience in customer service and project management roles. Monica started their career as a Sr. Technical Support Officer at Convergys, where they provided technical support to customers of SBC Yahoo! DSL. Monica then transitioned to Aviva India as an Asst Manager - Service Quality, before moving to Religare Finvest Limited where they held the positions of Manager - PMO & Quality and Senior Manager - Customer Service. Most recently, they worked as a Lead Customer Service at Hero FinCorp. Throughout their career, Monica has received recognition including being awarded as the Quarterly Champion and Convergys Powered By People Commitment Award winner.

Monica Arora pursued their M.Com degree from Kumaun University from 2000 to 2005. Monica also attended All Saints College in Naini Tal, although the degree obtained there is unknown. Monica later enrolled in Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, earning an MBA in Operations. In terms of certifications, they completed a Strategic Decision Making and Strategy Innovations program at Singapore Management University in 2017. Additionally, Monica obtained a Six Sigma - Green Belt certification in 2010, although the institution is unspecified.
