Manish Rathi

CMA Manish Rathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in costing and budget management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Costing at Hero Motors since November 2021, Manish is responsible for performing Annual Operating Plans, monthly budget analyses, and project system control. Prior to this, a Deputy Manager at JBM Group from December 2018 to November 2022, Manish led the development of turnover and scorecard reports for over 60 units, focusing on variance analysis and financial reporting. Previous roles include Deputy Manager at Luxor Writing Instruments Pvt. Ltd. and Senior Executive Costing at Uno Minda, where efforts included cost audits, inventory analysis, and management presentations. Manish holds a Cost Accountancy degree from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from the School of Open Learning.
