Mike Clarke

Mike is a business leader with more than 20 years’ global human resources and operations experience in US and UK publicly listed companies. With extensive experience building, leading and managing teams across geographies and functions. Mike is results-orientated leader with operations experience and successfully operates at Board level with agility to perform in multi-geographical and industrial sectors.

Mike has significant expertise gained in leading major international organization & culture change, delivering improved operational performance and building talent through aligned people processes.

Prior to joining Hero Moto Corp he held the position of CHRO at Delphi Technologies based in London. Previous organizations include Hertz Car rental, Fiat and Tenneco Automotive. He holds a B.Eng(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from John Moores University, Liverpool.
