Rachna Kumar

Rachna Kumar currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hero MotoCorp since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rachna held multiple leadership positions at Whirlpool Corporation from May 2016 to December 2023, including Head of Human Resources for Asia and India, as well as Director of Human Resources. Experience also includes working at Trent Ltd (Tata Trent Westside) as Head of Human Resources for Retail Operations from January 2015 to April 2016, and a tenure at The Coca-Cola Company from April 2012 to December 2014 as National Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions. Rachna's background further includes senior roles at Castrol and Philips, along with an early career at Amul. Rachna holds a Management degree from IRMA and a BSc from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.
