Charlotte Smith started their work experience in 2014 as an Architecture and Design Intern at Glenvill Homes. In 2017, they worked as a Netball Coach at Korowa Anglican Girls' School. In 2017, they also started working at McDonald's, where they held various roles including Crew Member, Crew Trainer, Promotions Manager, Training Manager, Shift Supervisor, and Customer Feedback Manager. In 2020, they had a Design Internship at GrowCreative. In 2021, they worked as a Junior Graphic Designer at Nikki M Group and later as a Designer at Magnum Opus Partners.
