David Cook

David Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent position is as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Cenlar FSB since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at the same company from November 2020 to September 2021, where they were responsible for call center technology implementations and upgrades.

Before joining Cenlar FSB, David worked at Heroic Public Benefit Corporation as a Heroic Coach, helping individuals and groups achieve their full potential by combining ancient wisdom with modern science, from December 2019 onwards.

From August 2018 to September 2020, David served as the Vice President of Professional Services at KDG, a business solutions company. In this role, they oversaw the workflow of revenue, managed project management and product development processes, and directed the marketing and sales department.

Prior to KDG, David worked at Sykes from 2003 to 2018, holding positions such as Global IT Client Services Manager and Project Manager. In these roles, they managed new program implementation projects, integrated call center and client systems, and developed best practices and process improvements.

David's earlier experiences include working as a Business Analyst at Fastnet from September 2002 to October 2003, where they developed a billing and asset management web application, and as a Project Manager at PPL Electric Utilities from July 1999 to October 2002, where they managed call center technology projects.

David's career began at EDB Telesciences in 1992, where they served as a Professional Services Supervisor. In this role, they managed a team of technical specialists and provided services to telecommunications companies.

Throughout their career, David has gained expertise in project management, call center technologies, system integration, and process improvement.

David Cook has a diverse education history. David obtained their MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their BBA in Marketing at Wichita State University, attending from 1985 to 1990. Their high school education was obtained at Wichita Southeast High, where they earned a diploma in General studies, attending from 1980 to 1983.

In addition to their formal education, David Cook has also obtained several certifications. David became an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor in May 2022 and an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor in October 2021, both from Oxygen Advantage. David also holds the certification of Optimize Coach, obtained in December 2019 from Optimize Enterprises, Public Benefit Corporation. Furthermore, David obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in December 2009.
