Nilubon Phothiyarom started their work experience in 2018 as a Customer Relations - Influencer Marketing specialist at Synergy E Limited. Nilubon then moved on to SGS in 2019, where they worked in Sales & Customer Service. In 2022, they joined Heroleads Asia as an Influencer Marketing Specialist.

Nilubon Phothiyarom earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communication from the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce between 2013 and 2017.
