Panagiotis Halas has extensive work experience in customer service and call center management. Panagiotis started their career with Vodafone in 1999, where they held various roles, including Major Accounts Support Team Leader and Corporate Customer Services Operations. Panagiotis then moved on to Hellas On Line in 2011, where they worked as a Call Center Supervisor and later as a Business Call Center Team Leader. In 2013, they joined Forthnet as a Retail Call Center Manager. From 2018 until now, they have been working at Φυσικό Αέριο Ελληνική Εταιρεία Ενέργειας Ενέργειας as a Customer Service Manager, and in 2022 they were promoted to the role of Customer Operations Director at HERON.

Panagiotis Halas pursued their education at Athens University of Economics and Business from 2007 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a degree in MBA In Telecoms with a GPA of 7.8.
