Gurveen Hemrajani

Gurveen Hemrajani has a diverse range of experience in both talent development and human resources. Gurveen is currently working as a Talent Development Project Manager at Freddie Mac since 2018. Previously, they were an HR Director at J.L. Herren & Associates starting in 2009. Prior to that, they worked as an Experienced Recruiter at Beers + Cutler from 2007 to 2009, where they gained extensive experience in HR generalist affairs, including recruitment, staff development, benefits management, and legal compliance. Gurveen began their career at Freddie Mac in 2003 as a Lead Operations Analyst, where they worked until 2007.

Gurveen Hemrajani obtained a Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, which was completed between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, Hemrajani pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech, from 1999 to 2003. In the future, Hemrajani plans to pursue a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by attending Consciously Unbiased, starting in 2023.
