Max Watstein

Max Watstein is an experienced professional in cost analysis and management, currently serving as Lead Associate at Herren Associates since April 2017. In this role, Max Watstein supports the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command by developing Program Objectives and Independent Government Cost Estimates for PMW 240, and has previously contributed to the Naval Center for Cost Analysis. Between October 2019 and September 2023, Max Watstein held the position of Treasurer for the Washington Capital Area Chapter of ICEAA, overseeing chapter finances and preparing financial reports. Prior experience includes serving as a Cost Analyst at Galorath Incorporated, where responsibility involved analyzing vehicle database data, and as a Senior Consultant at Kalman & Company, providing support to various military commands on cost and economic analysis projects. Max Watstein holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2009.
