Niko George

Niko George has extensive work experience in the retail industry. They are currently the Vice President of Global Retail Operations at Herschel Supply Company. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Global Retail at Herschel Supply Company. Before joining Herschel, Niko worked at Backcountry as the Director of Retail, where they were responsible for brand vision, strategy, and decision making related to retail operations. They also have a strong background in Patagonia, where they held multiple roles including Head of Retail - Europe & UK, Retail Operations Manager North America, District Manager, and Area Manager. In these positions, they focused on strategic expansion, customer experience, and optimizing processes and procedures. Niko began their career at REI as a Manager, where they achieved increased sales and implemented a "Culture of Learning" through a Community Learning Center.
