Poonam T.'s work experience includes various roles in the field of human resources. Poonam has held positions such as SVP People & Talent at Herschel Supply Company, VP People & Culture at Coconut Software, and SVP/Head of People at Rivalry.com. Poonam also has extensive experience at Ubisoft, where they served as Director of Human Resources, Manager of Human Resources, and Senior HR Advisor. Prior to Ubisoft, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. and as a Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant/Recruiter at Boys & Girls Clubs of Edmonton. Poonam began their career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies.

Poonam T. has a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from MacEwan University. Poonam also has a Masters of Computer Application degree in IT from MDU, India, as well as a Bachelors of Computer Application degree in IT from the same institution.
