Carl Brown

Carl Brown has a strong background in the hospitality industry. Carl started their career in 1996 as a Controller for Haverford Hotel Partners, where they managed the financial aspects of limited and full service hotel operations. Over the course of 17 years, they implemented and maintained procedures for budgeting, tax management, and staff management. In 2008, they became the Director of Accounting and Control for the same company, overseeing the financial operations until 2015. From 2013 to 2015, they also served as the General Manager for Haverford Hotel Partners' Radisson Hotel Northeast Philadelphia, where they managed the overall guest experience and profitability. Starting in 2016, they joined Hersha Hospitality Management as a General Manager, providing hospitality and control management services for various companies, including a full-service hotel and a multi-level parking garage with 5 tenants.
