Edward Kosinski

Regional Vice President Of Operations at Hersha Hospitality Management

Edward Kosinski has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2000 and continuing to the present. Edward began their career at the Hotel Northampton, where they worked in various roles before becoming the Front Office Manager.

In 2002, Kosinski joined the Nathan Hale Inn & Conference Center, initially as the Director of Finance and later transitioning into the Assistant General Manager position. During their time there, they were involved in technology projects, mentored aspiring managers, and worked in multiple properties in Connecticut. Edward also took on Task Force responsibilities, including hotel openings, conversions, and sales.

In 2010, Kosinski joined Classic Hotels of Connecticut as the General Manager for two properties, the Avon Old Farms Hotel and The Farmington Inn & Suites. Edward oversaw operations, including a renovation project at the Avon Old Farms Hotel.

In 2012, Kosinski joined Hersha Hospitality Management, first as an Area General Manager and then as the Regional Director of Operations. In these roles, they led multiple hotels and brands, exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction expectations. Edward also participated in task force teams for training new General Managers and integrating new properties into the company's culture.

Additionally, Kosinski served on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Lodging Association from 2012 to 2014.

Throughout their career, Kosinski has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and a passion for the hotel industry.

Edward Kosinski attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration.
