Evelyn Mendoza has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and companies in the hospitality industry. Evelyn started their career in 2004 as a Guest Service Agent at Embassy Suites New York, where they greeted and registered guests, resolved challenges, and provided superior customer service. Evelyn then joined Millenium Hilton in 2006 as an Assistant Front Office Manager & Night Auditor, where they supervised the hotel's overnight operations and resolved customer complaints. In 2008, they were promoted to Senior Front Office Manager and assisted in the administration and management of all Front Office Operations. Evelyn also served as a Credit Manager from 2012 to 2014, overseeing financial matters related to credit and accounts. Evelyn then joined Hilton Garden Inn as an Accounting Manager, responsible for financial management and reporting. Evelyn later moved to The London NYC as an Assistant Director of Finance before their most recent position as an Area Accounting Manager at Hersha Hospitality Management, where they are currently employed.

Evelyn Mendoza attended the Technical Career Institute from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Office Technology/Business Administration.
