Nicha Sostre-Lee

Nicha Sostre-Lee has a strong background in revenue management, with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Nicha currently holds the position of Area Director of Revenue at Hersha Hospitality Management, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Dream Hotel Group from 2012 to 2019 as the Director of Revenue Management, overseeing revenue maximization efforts for multiple properties and managing revenue management standards. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Director of Revenue Management at Doubletree NYC Financial District. Nicha also had a successful tenure as the Revenue Manager at International Hospitality Enterprises, specifically at the Doubletree by Hilton San Juan from 2006 to 2010. During their time there, they conducted revenue meetings, presented forecasts and projections, and oversaw a multi-million dollar renovation. Nicha'scareer started at Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort in 2003 as a Tele-Sales Agent.

Nicha Sostre-Lee received their High School Diploma from Escuela Superior Gabriela Mistral in an unknown year prior to 1995. From 1996 to 1998, they attended Emory College, Bayamon, where they obtained an Associates degree in Hotel Administration.
