Phil Infante

Phil Infante has a strong background in hotel management, with a focus on operations and rooms division. Phil spent five years as the Director of Operations at Hersha Hospitality Management, where they were responsible for overseeing multiple departments, managing a staff of over 130 employees, and ensuring all operations were within budgetary guidelines. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Rooms at Sheraton Orlando Downtown for five years, where they supervised department managers and a staff of over 110 employees. In both roles, Phil demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, setting and achieving goals to achieve positive results.

Phil Infante earned a Technical Certificate in Computer Programming Specialist from Valencia College in 2002. Phil later pursued further education at the same institution and obtained an Associates in Science degree in Computer Information Technology in 2005.
