Zsolt Boros McIpd

Zsolt Boros MCIPD currently serves as the Global Director of People Operations at Dorchester Collection since September 2022, previously holding the position of Head of Learning, Development & Engagement at Cleveland Clinic London. With a robust background in learning and development, Zsolt has also worked as the Global Director of Programmes at Dorchester Collection Academy and Group Learning and Development Manager at Maybourne Hotel Group. Prior experience includes roles at Claridge's and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, alongside earlier positions in the cruise industry with Norwegian Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruises. Zsolt holds an MSc in HRM and Organizational Analysis from King's College London and a BA Hons in Psychology from Carleton University, recognized for academic excellence with a Distinction and the "Best Dissertation Award."
