Ron Burton

Ron Burton has extensive work experience in facility management and engineering. Ron started their career in 1985 as an Engineer at Waterford Hotel- Oaktree Hotels, where they were in charge of painting and decorating, as well as overseeing guestroom maintenance procedures. Ron then worked as a Chief Engineer at Fifth Season Hotel OKC, overseeing facility maintenance for a full-service hotel.

In 2000, Ron became the Owner Operator of Absolute Property Services, a paint contracting company. Ron gained over 30 years of experience in painting and custom coatings, both for residential and commercial properties.

From 2005 to 2013, Ron served as the Director of Facilities at Sheraton Midwest City at Reed Conference Center, where they were responsible for facility maintenance in a 60,000 sq. ft. space.

Most recently, Ron has been working as a Facility Engineer at Gaillardia Country Club, and since 2017, they have been serving as the Facility Manager at Smith Roberts Baldischwiler Engineering. In their current role, Ron is responsible for all aspects of facility operations at the corporate headquarters and satellite offices, ensuring the safety and security of staff and the building and grounds.
