Scott Bobek

Scott Bobek has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in engineering and maintenance roles. Scott started their career as a Chief Engineer at Linc Facility Services in 2004 before moving on to work as a Dual Chief Engineer at Urgo Hotels from 2005 to 2013. Scott then joined Hersha Hospitality Management as a Regional Director of Engineering from 2013 to 2015. Scott subsequently served as the Corporate Director of Maintenance at Hawkeye Hotels for a brief period in 2015 before joining One Lodging Management as their Corporate Director of Engineering from 2015 to 2018. Scott then worked at Peachtree Hotel Group as the Corporate Director of Engineering from 2018 to 2020 and at Magna Hospitality as the Corporate Director of Capital Projects from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as the Corporate Director of Engineering at Hersha Hospitality Management since 2022.

Scott Bobek received an Associate's degree in HVACR from Triton College, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to this, their educational background is unknown. In terms of certifications, Scott obtained a Class 1 Steam Engineer certification from the Government of the District of Columbia in October 2004, a 1st Class Stationary Engineer certification from the State of Maryland in September 2003, a Universal CFC certification from Triton College in February 2003, and a Stationary Engineer certification from the City of Chicago in July 2001.
