Daniel McMann

Daniel McMann has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Daniel is currently the Regional Vice President of Operations for HHM Hotels, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Vice President of Operations for Schulte Hospitality Group from October 2022 to November 2023.

Daniel also has experience in management and leadership roles in various hotels and resorts. Daniel was the Resort Manager of Camelback Resort from 2018 to 2019, overseeing the operations of a four-season family resort with an indoor waterpark. Daniel also served as the Resort Manager of the Grand Cascades Lodge at Crystal Springs Resort from 2016 to 2018, where they managed a AAA Four-Diamond award-winning property with multiple amenities.

In addition to their hotel management experience, Daniel has also been involved in community service. Daniel served as a Board Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors for HONOR, an organization that provides emergency shelter and crisis care in Orange County.

Daniel's diverse experiences have equipped him with operational, sales, revenue management, and leadership skills within the hospitality industry.

Daniel McMann obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Economy & Diplomacy (IPED) from the University of Bridgeport, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they hold various certifications including a Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification from HSMAI, and a Certified in Hospitality Business Acumen (CHBA) certification from HSMAI.
